Alana Smith - Yoga Teacher
Alana is a passionate hatha yoga teacher specialising in yoga and meditation for mobility, stress reduction and anxiety management.
She integrates postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation into her balanced classes. She emphasises steady, safe practice and a focus on personal inner experience to embody a state of relaxation and wellbeing.
Alana was the Director of Manly Yoga, one of the oldest and most respected authentic yoga centres in Sydney. Now Alana and her husband Dom live at their farm in Jamberoo and Alana is offering yoga classes to the local community.
Alana trained and taught at the International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA) under David Burgess, a master teacher of pranayama (breath work) and meditation.
Outside of yoga, Alana has been an English and French high school teacher and ESL teacher to foreigners and migrants.

Places are limited so please book in advance. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so with at least 24 hours notice or any payment for that class will be forfeited.
