For face-to-face classes please BYO mat. Other equipment provided. BYO water and towel if you wish.
Yoga class pricing:
Group Class - $15
Private Class (75 mins) - $80
Cash or EFT payments accepted.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
With COVIDsafe measures, there are only 6 spots available in each class so places need to be booked in advance. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so with at least 24 hours notice or any payment for that class will be forfeited.
Alana Smith - Yoga Teacher
Alana is a passionate hatha yoga teacher specialising in yoga and meditation for stress and anxiety management.
She integrates postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation into her balanced classes. She emphasises steady, safe practice and a focus on personal inner experience to embody a state of relaxation and wellbeing.
Alana was the Director of Manly Yoga, one of the oldest and most respected authentic yoga centres in Sydney. Now Alana and her husband Dom live permanently at their farm in Jamberoo and are offering their yoga and remedial massage services to the local community.
Alana trained at the International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA) under the tutelage of David Burgess, a master teacher of pranayama and meditation. Due to her passion for yoga philosophy and practice, Alana is now lecturing for the IYTA teacher training diploma and serving on their management committee. Prior to her yoga teaching career, Alana was an English and French high school teacher and Year Co-ordinator.
